Michael Alfano has been sculpting for over twenty years, with artwork in galleries, museums, parks, and private collections around the globe. At juried exhibitions, he has won over 60 awards, including the designation “Sculptor of the Year.” Among Michael’s commissioned works are portraits of world leaders, and public monuments at prominent locales, primarily in the Northeast.

Originally from New York, Michael studied sculpting from the model at the city’s famed Art Students League. Today, he lives and works in Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
